GENERAL POLICIES / DISCLAIMERS

• There maybe misprints, human errors, or omissions on our website. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections in prices, products and specifications without notice.

• We are not responsible for typographical errors.

• From time to time manufacturer's specifications are subject to change without notice as they improve their products therefore information as well as pictures and hyperlinks contained throughout this website can sometimes be out of date.

• We do not own or publish the content of the respective manufacturer's website therefore the products we carry may sometime be different in content, packaging as well as technical specification as described by the links. If unsure and you have a specific requirement for a product please contact our sales team to confirm it otherwise we can not be held liable for any incorrect information supplied by the links on the website.

• All goods remain property of Aspen PC until payment has been received in full. Until title passes, Aspen PC can retain, repossess and/or resell all goods.

• Aspen PC reserves the right to withdraw any products or specials listed on its website and to update prices and stock availability according to the market condition without notice.



CREDIT CARD

• When paying by credit card, the customer must be contactable on a land line at the listed delivery address or work address, mobile phone or unlisted numbers will required further verification. We do not accept payment of credit sent via email or overseas customers who have foreign credit card.

• The customer will be required to fax/photocopy their credit card or drivers license when placing an order with credit card details that are not verifiable.

• If paying by credit card, the customer must provide accurate details and give authority to Aspen PC to be able to verify their details with their financial institution. Aspen PC may refuse to accept a credit card payment if it is deemed to have insufficient or unverifiable information.

• All customers have the option for a once offer full credit card verification upon their first order, which involves Aspen Computers charging a random amount from your order total . Customer will be required to verify the amount charged on their credit card with their financial institution and contact Aspen PC with the correct amount - the customer will then achieve a Fully Verified status. The fully verified status enables the customer to place future orders without going through any further verification process. This method is highly recommended as it will allow the customer full security and flexibility of online ordering in terms of order amount and delivery options.
 

CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellation of orders involving a computer system that is already built, will result in a loss of your 10% deposit, this is to cover our time and depreciation of goods.

• Cancellation of any order in part or full, that has been either partly or fully paid, will result in a minimum 10% deduction from the amount to be refunded, unless Aspen PC cannot supply the goods due to supplier problems.

• Cancellation of specially ordered items will result in a minimum 10% deduction of the order value, unless Aspen Computers cannot supply the goods, in which case the entire amount will be refunded in full.

• Cancellation must be informed as soon as possible, any cancellation after a product has been packed and shipped out will result in the customer paying for all shipping and handling charges.

 

Aspen PC Quotation Terms and Conditions

Aspen PC ("Aspen PC", “we”, “us”, “our”) and the Client (“the Client”, "customer", “you”, “your”).

Aspen PC hereby offers for sale the goods and/or services covered by this Quotation, and sale of any such goods and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, which supersede and replace all prior terms, conditions, proposals or quotations exchanged by the parties, written or verbal. Any additional or different terms already or hereafter proposed by client are objected to by Aspen PC without need of further notice of objection, and will not be binding upon Aspen PC unless specifically agreed to in writing signed by Aspen PC. In the event Aspen PC is not notified of customer's acceptance within the set limit of expiry days, this Quotation Form shall lapse and be considered null and void.

1. Quote is valid for 7 days only. Expiry dates on quotes are set to be able to inform us when the quote is still active or to be discarded. Once discarded the quote will need to be placed on the website again.
2. Once a quote has been confirmed by Aspen PC, then the prices in the quote will be confirmed as the final agreed price. A quote is confirmed as 'final' as soon as Aspen PC and the customer both agreed with the final price after any last changes requested by customer.
3. The price in the final quote may vary from the original request if there is any price or product changes requested by customers. Aspen PC reserves the right to alter product and prices in the quote , as long as the quote has not been confirmed with you.
4. Quotes and estimates shall be deemed to correctly interpret the original specifications and are based on the cost at the time the quote or estimate is given. If you later require any changes to the quotes, and we agree to the changes, these changes will be charged at our prevailing rate.
5. Once the quote has been confirmed and converted to an order, the order will be subjected to our normal terms and condition of sale.
6. The general minimum turn around time for a quote request to be good is usually 24 hours. In the event that a quote is required urgently please let us know so that we can respond to it accordingly.
7. When a special price or discount offer has been applied to this quote, no other special promotion, discount or bonus offer will be applicable.
8. In the event that products in the quote are subjected to any price and supply fluctuations that is outside of our control we reserve the right to update the price and product in the quote accordingly. If a product has undergone a price drop or a price increase, the quote will then be adjusted accordingly. If there is a product that is no longer available, the product will then be replaced or substituted based on customer's request and is subject to their final approval.
9. Price on non stocked products are subjected to price and stock fluctuations and can only be confirmed once the quote is turned into an order. While we try to honor all prices quoted, if there is a price increase that is beyond our control, we reserve the right to increase the price as necessary. 
10. Once a quote has already passed the expired date, Aspen PC may cancel the quote or estimate without having to notify or receive an approval from customer. We appreciate it if customer could let us know if they no longer require the quote by email or by letting us know via correspondence in the quote.
11. While we do our best to give you the recommendations and compatibility information, our answers is limited by the information that is provided to us and sometimes we may not be able to completely give you the full answer to all the questions as we are limited to only what we know or what we can find out. Human errors is also still possible and in this instance we take responsibility and will always work out the best solution for customer to correct the situation.
12. ETA information is exactly just an estimate given by our vendors and can not be hold as the actual promised date.
13. Any discounts given on the quote are usually worked out based on the overall quote amount, if there's any significant changes to the overall quote amount, the discount may also be changed to reflect it.

TERMS AND AGREEMENTS OF SALE

The use of Aspen PC website is governed by the terms and agreement set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of the website indicate acceptance of this terms and conditions. Aspen PC reserves the right to make changes to this website and the terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. Aspen PC is a service provider to the website and is also referred to as 'us', 'Aspen PC', 'vendor', 'we'. The customer is the individual or organization who is using the website and its services, it is also referred to as 'you', 'customers'

 1. COMPATIBILITY

• Compatibility between all hardware or software products is not guaranteed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility issues between all hardware and software to be resolved prior to ordering.

• Aspen PC has limited information regarding compatibility and will try to assist customers when possible, however customers are encouraged to do their own research first.

• Aspen PC will only make recommendations and compatibility guarantee commitment in writing, thus customers are required to make a formal request for this in writing or by email.

• It is generally recommended to purchase products made by the same manufacturer to ensure a higher chance of compatibility.

• If any compatibility issue does arise, please refer to our Returns policy


2. AVAILABILITY 

• Our website provides a real time stock level availability indicator which can be described as follows:

1. In Stock = >3 units available
2. Limited Stock = <1 units available
3. Order Only = To be ordered in from our supplier, up to 2-3 days average turnaround time to reach our warehouse.
4. Out Of Stock = Stock temporarily unavailable until further notice

• All advertised products with the availability status ‘In Stock and 'Limited Stock' are subject to "while stock last". No lay-by or rain checks available.

• Items with ‘Order Only’ status needs to be ordered in from our supplier and usually takes up to 2-3 days to be ready in our warehouse, if there is an unexpected delay or supply issue, we will always notify the customer.

• Item availability and prices can fluctuate and subject to change without notice. Always contact us for latest information by phone or email.

• We are able to reserve stock if a formal order has been placed on our website and a 10% deposit has been paid.

• Orders placed that are waiting for payment will only be placed on hold for 48 hours after order ready confirmation.

• The final price is in effect when you receive your order confirmation via email or phone.

• Although we do our best to keep our stock levels up on most items we cannot guarantee availability on all items so we encourage a formal query to be made especially for 'Limited Stock' status items prior to pickup (via email/fax/telephone). Items in stock will be allocated and reserved only to customers with a formal purchase order or website order.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS 

• Aspen PC owns the copyright and trademarks to all our intellectual properties which include the website and logo. Any entity who uses it without our prior written consent will be deemed as breaching the copyright law and we will seek legal claims.

• Manufacturer's images, trademarks and links used within our websites are reserved copyrights and trademarks of their respective owners.

• All original images as well as links are used to allow more up-to-date and accurate information to be passed onto the visitor’s of this website. If customer do find there is any product or images that is inaccurate we will be appreciative if they let us know as we endeavor to correct it immediately.

• We do not own or publish the contents of the information within the links, we are only acting as a reseller of the products.
