Aspen PC as a business was officially established in the early summer of 1995. We are a specialist in providing the very latest in technology products backed up with great service even after the sale. Our customers are mainly in the small business, home and educational market. Doing mail-ordering business requires a lot of trust between the customers and the supplier. We understood our customer's need to have dependable supplier who can provide not only good prices but also good backup support. We started this business by servicing family and friends computers and now we decided it was time to start up a full service web site and target a bigger customer base. We are starting small and hoping to expand quickly to many different avenues of the business.
We hope that we can start small and grow this business into something wonderful, and with the support of our local community, the loyal customer base and the future customers we hope we can be the one and only computer store you will need.

Our Services
Our services range from providing information about a product, to supplying the product as well as to support the finish product to the end user. We only offer the latest, greatest and high quality computer products. We also provide a good solution, not just selling a product that does not meet our customers requirements. We can supply full customized system configuration to suit the different needs of each user.
You can order and pick-up from our warehouse or we can send any part(s) or computer system anywhere in the US either by UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, USPS. We accept all major Credit cards (VISA/Master Card, Discover/Amex), US Money Orders. Our commitment is that we will always strive to improve ourselves so we can better service our customers. In order to improve our turn around time to process orders, we encourage that all orders must be placed on our website prior to pick up.
Upgrades & Maintenance
We have a flat rate fee of $45/hour charge to do any upgrades, installations or virus removal for your computer system. All work is guaranteed, if you require to purchase any extra parts we will inform you before we go ahead with the upgrade. All upgrades performed, will carry a full 1 year Return to base warranty on labor and parts (This applies only to parts bought from us).
Repairs and Trouble Shooting
To do any repairs and or trouble shooting at our shop, we charge a flat fee of $45 for the 1st hour and then $25 for every half hour after the first hour. If the repair would take longer than an hour we would inform you before we would go ahead with it. Repairs and trouble shooting are by appointment, if you require faster service where you would be bumped to the front of the line we charge $65/hr.
PRICING
• All prices quoted on the website are without sales tax and does
not include delivery Charges.
• All products advertised does not include the cost for any
installation or troubleshooting compatibility issues. If you require
assistance on installation/troubleshooting, this will be charged at
our standard labor charge of $50/hour.
• As errors and omissions may occur, pricing, product information
and availability is not final until it has been confirmed by Aspen
PC staff either by email, phone or in person.
• Price matching is only at Aspen PC discretion. As other
competitors may not offer the same exact product, have stock, or
offer the same warranty and service support as we do.
• All prices are subject to change without notice. By placing the
order, the customer has agreed to pay the prices as listed on the
order form at the time the order was originally submitted.
• If any item ordered undergoes a price drop, and we have not yet
processed the order (that is, the customer has not received a
confirmation by email/phone), then we would adjust to the new price
accordingly. Otherwise, the customer will be invoiced the amount as
per your original order. Please do not contact us regarding a rebate
in this situation.
SALES TAX
• All of our advertised prices do not include sales tax. Sales tax
is 6% for the State of Michigan.
Where We Deliver:
We will deliver anywhere in the United States for now.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
• All prices listed for each product on
the website are for cash and pickup payment, and is not inclusive of
any shipping charges or insurance.
• Freight charges we quoted are inclusive of both shipping and
insurance costs (insurance will only cover to the value of $1,500
per courier order) for the transit of goods shipped from Aspen PC to
the customer only. If customer requires higher insurance coverage
they will need to formally request it with us and additional charges
will apply (additional 5% on top of the normal coverage amount).
• When shipping using couriers and paid by credit card payment,
physical street address must be provided in your billing details so
that we can still verify it.
• Aspen PC does not currently process and ship orders to an overseas
address, or has overseas contact address or paid using an overseas
credit card.
• All shipping addresses must have complete contact details that can
be verified by a phone number (as listed in the White pages).
• We do not ship orders to a third party, unless Aspen PC can fully
verify all the addresses and contact details as we required.
• Delivery to work or non residential addresses must be accompanied
with full verifiable details such as company name, address, phone
number and contact name.
• The customer is responsible to be available for delivery and to
sign and accept the goods. Redelivery attempts may cost extra and
may be passed on to customer if delivery address is unattended.
• Redirection of your delivery is available at an extra cost and
must be firstly authorized through Aspen PC, as non authorized
redirection will incur hefty charges and will forfeit any insurance
claims for loss or damage.
• In the event of a refund, any shipping and insurance charges are
not refundable unless it is genuinely our fault.
• The customer is responsible for all extra freight charges, which
include redelivery, redirection, refused shipments and incorrectly
given delivery details.
• Customers can track their order using the consignment numbers
given in your email confirmation and delivery status can be tracked
via the courier's website
• Shipping charges are calculated by the size or its dead weight,
whichever is more.
• Goods shipped are packed with adequate protective packing
materials, as a result, this may increase the size and weight,
however, the risk of damage is minimized greatly.
• All claims for damage/theft must be filed with Aspen PC, we will
not file this for you. If goods received seem to have damaged
packaging, do not open any original packaging or use the item as it
will be deemed as an acceptance of goods and will not be accepted
for returns. All original boxes and packing material must be
returned to us for proof of evidence. All claims for
shortages/incorrect shipment/incorrect billing must be made within
24 hours of receipt of goods.
• Aspen PC will not be held responsible for goods lost or arrived
damaged if customers use their own couriers. Split Shipments may
incur individual shipping charges.

Privacy Statement
• Aspen PC is highly committed in complying with the US and
international privacy laws and to protect our customers privacy.
• Aspen PC collects details from its customer for the sole purpose of
processing the customer’s order more efficiently and to allow customers
to experience the online ordering process.
• Credit card details are not stored or processed online at the time of
ordering, Aspen PC will always call to confirm the customers credit card
over the phone never via email.
• Aspen PC does not disclose, sell or trade any collected information of
its customers to any third parties other than those used to verify the
order, such as banks or the financial issuer of credit card.
• Aspen PC does not disclose any information about our suppliers to
anyone unless it is deemed necessary.
• Aspen PC will not use customer details or email addresses for sending
unsolicited emails (SPAM)
• Aspen PC will provide the customer details to the appropriate
authorities if the information we received is deemed to be false or
misleading.
